So far had a really good day - Hitting the road and nervous about keeping on track because of limited options. Went to Red Robin and got the Ensenada Chicken (1 breast) and the Freckled salad and still doing well for my day. It was yummy and satisfying!

Think I am going to start recording my Fit Bit calories burned from the day before on my journals. The exercise calories, especially for weight training, seem a bit off on here. I am pretty active during the week but on the weekend, especially like on a road trip weekend, I am not so active. No gym access this weekend. Going to try to get in body weight exercises, some of my physical therapy exercise. Walking my dog is part walking part upper body resistance training!!
