It's 10:45 am and I've drank a liter of water!!! It's a miracle!! I hate water but apparently it's a must when dieting. I also think that I get a lot of migraines because of my lack of water. That whole dehydration thing. Apparently coffee doesn't count in water intake. That's 6 cups of coffee and 1 liter of water within 5 hours. It's no wonder I used the washroom 10x more then normal. I think Toilet papers on sale this week. I better stock up.. lol
- This weekend we are Kid Free which doesn't happen often but my mama is taking my kiddies. I'm so excited!!!
I plan to enjoy the WHOLE weekend :)

I found that in the beginning I needed to have alot less carbs and more protein than what was charted for me. Try adding something in for a couple of days and if that doesn't slow down or stop the loss than move on to something else to add until you reach the amounts that you can live with and lose weight with. Great job on the water intake.

Great job on the water! And think of those potty breaks as a little extra exercise :) I have to go down 14 steps to get to the bathroom, so it really is exercise! I drink tons of Raspberry Green tea made from tea bags, no sugar. I have a hard time just drinking plan water unless I'm really hot and thirsty.
