Today is my first day again. I have decided to change the low carb diet for a while and count calories since I'm stalling for over two months now. let's see whats gonna happen for the next couple of weeks.
96 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 28 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
