My day was not as good as i thought it would be. i had thought it would feel like my 2nd day, but it was a little more tiring. oh, and i did crave for some sweet things.
food journal: brunch: dim sam, took all the starch skin off of 燒賣 and 粉條... had a bite of 馬蹄條 and a 虎皮, which is fried, and had 鳳爪 i would say that meal was around 650 cal
snacked on 鐵蛋, peanut butter, and peach~ which i don't think i'm supposed to have... 300 cal
dinner: pork, vegetables, chicken 400 cal
well... i did my best... i was tired and on my 3rd day period. AND mon. is always a very perfect day to start with brand new will power! :)
