Well I made it through today. I am so happy I did not cheat and I was in a situation where I very easily could have cheated. I am trying to do a calorie counting diet. When I made up my menu for the day I was surprised on how much food I get to eat. I was not very hungry until it got to be around 5 p.m. I am glad that after I ate my meals I was not so tired.
