Back up a week and I Had a minor slip up while in renton last weekend at L & L BBQ, proceeded to go to Dads and eat some oatmeal with brown sugar and evap. milk. YUM! Did Atkins until dinner the next night at HD Hotspurs, they brought cornbread with honey and me and dad made it disapear :)Then cheesecake and saltines for dessert. Ive been back on Atkins the following day i believe Mon. and have done great since, weight hadnt changed when i got home, starting to go down again though, so all is well. Next cheat day: 1 month from now (hopefully 154 by then) it will be pumpkin pancakes at Ihop. now to the present, went to pumpkin fest today - lame and non pumpkiny. Didnt even get tempted. One thing that helps is i went to Cash & Carry and bought 4 new coffee flavors including pumpkin pie :) Yay Fall ! ΡΌ
