I am behaving myself and still gaining weight!!! Very frustrating to say the least. I am exercising everyday and staying around the 80% range for my daily calorie limits.
Perhaps I should lower my daily calorie limit again? It's currently at 2100 which is 700 calories below my recommended amount. It could be my excessive intake of carbs as well. I will set limits on my carbs as well as fats starting today. Perhaps calories are not the only thing I should track on a daily basis.
