Today was definitely a rough day. The husband and I woke up way too late today and ate breakfast late. A few hours later, we ate WAY too much lunch BUT I am making up for it with supper. One piece of fish and broccoli. I have to do better starting tomorrow - planning meals out in advance for the whole week. Instead of walking as planned today, I did Zumba and did everything even though I was extremely tired, so very proud of myself! I did 10 lunges on each leg, 2 push ups, 20 crunches, and 10 leg lifts each. Tomorrow starts the big challenge of losing 40lbs by Christmas. I'm praying I can do this.
