Had a blast at the party for the grand opening at our new gym location. Got to meet Erin Willett from the Biggest Loser. She was super sweet and down to earth. She was also in the top 8 of the Voice. They had cake and food trucks etc for the party - I was good and had none of it - I knew I had a healthy meal at home. Got my new workout plan from my coach - starting this am haven't got my meal plan yet but hopefully soon. I know the calorie range but not the macros they are recommending. It's a start! Working on waking up and get in my pre-workout concoction before hitting the gym.
