I've been doing some reading, and talking to other people who have tried this 5 - 2 diet... not sure its exactly for me... thing is, in order to give it a fair shot.. I would need to do it for at least a month, maybe more.. and I am not sure I can commit to that, at least right now. Tomorrow, I am going to try to do one of the fast days.. if I find this too much.. I might just wait a bit longer before giving it a go. If I find that it was no problem.. I might just go ahead and use that as my start day. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
