Hahahahaha: the electricity outage is scheduled for next Thursday, more the fool I! Gonna call last night/this morning a Trial Run(which I aced, by the way).

The co-op sells 1 pound of coconut sugar for less than only 12 ounces of erythritol, so I grabbed it. Each teaspoon has 15 calories with 4 grams of both carbs & sugars, so this will be an interesting experience.
