Yesterday was mainly spent driving. We did get out for a walk with my step-daughter's dog though, while we were baby sitting for her. I have found the most wonderful bread. It is Lidl's Low GI, Multiseed loaf. When I bought some, yesterday morning, it was still warm from the oven. You just have to eat it. With a large dollop of butter. So much for my reduced Carb regime.
