today was a great day! we started doing our final steps to get out of here and i am so happy to go home! i hope it goes by fast. i ate really good today, staying committed. really want to lose 2 pounds this week.....
ran 5.8 miles 70 situps 50 pushups
Breakfast: veggie omlet 1 slice grilled ham Snack: SB snack bar 1 cup skim milk Lunch: chicken and broccoli stir fry Snack: pear Dinner: mongolian BBQ-veggies and chicken 1/2 cup SF/FF pudding
