Broke through my 6-day plateau! So excited to have lost 5.4 lb so far, makes passing up the candy corn and restaurant meals and gourmet drinks totally worth it!
65.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
