well, I am down for the month, I am down for the year so far, I would have liked to be down under 225, and I'm still hopeful that that happens in the next month. (three and a half pounds in a month can't be that hard right?)

I have every intention of continuing the way I have been eating, which is pretty smart, not exactly measuring anything but eating smart none the less. by not keeping high calorie food in the house, and by keeping the tempting ones out of reach, I've been doing really well :D (can't eat it if you don't got it right?)

The grey cup was hard, I really wanted to eat something while watching the football game, but the fact that no one invited me to a party helped me out this weekend. (didn't stop me from dressing up, just stopped me from eating)

I determined that I can eat out and be okay, as long as I remember my caloric intake of everything I ate. (my new obsession I'm sad to say is zucchini sticks which are a whopping 325 calories plus dipping sauce, but they are so good! and I figure if I only eat a salad for lunch, it might just be worth it :D

other tricks include writing stuff down and just having an idea of caloric intake. I think once I do that, I should be okay :D

Going to go get some celery sticks for a snack
