9st 6 (an astonishing & unexpected 2 off at WW!) Yippee for being back to my home goal today at last! Tho I see this time a year ago I was 9st 1 - but I'm not aiming for that again! my fat this evening was 23.5%, but I need to check if I need to change the kg weight down one yet. And I managed to cycle up a neighboring hill that is pretty hard going (for me, cos I am noodley of leg when it comes to hills!) this afternoon, so that was a nice achievement too :) Both on and off scale victories, woohoo!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
