Slept in, so needless to say i look like an absolute monster today. And everyone peers at me like oh yup somebody slept in. I tried putting my shirt on as pants as i scurried about to get my life together and out the door. haha. ah well forward march.
I had a sweet sweat sesh with my hunky personal trainer..we did shoulders..and i discovered that the back part of my arm, the "bingo" arm as i like to call it, isnt actually part of the three part of our triceps..our shoulder muscles extend quite far down our arm. No wonder when i was doing weight on my own i wasnt loosing the jiggle there. I am starting to see some sweet cut lines in the ye ole muscles already...now i just need more water and less coffee..such a struggle to cut that one out..its worse then crack to a junkie for me.
Well i better get my work done...i hate to swear but jeebus murphy 10 hour days are getting old. reviews are coming up though so hopefully some reward in a job well done coming my way..
