Knee is better - Got in my weight training workout yesterday - I will not be weighing in on a regular basis anymore. I am going to try to limit it to one a month or when i get my DEXA scans. It is messing with my head which then affects my mood. I have approximately 120 days until my competition - This is about body recomposition and not scale weight so the idiot box isn't my friend. My food scale is my friend!!
