So... I forgot to weigh in before making my profile and I just did it again (scale ranged from 197.7 to 200.4), so after doing that it seems that I'd lost more than I thought before I started. I promise I did not lose 10 pounds in 2 days! I think it's possible, just not... possible for me or many other people. And even if it is, it seems to be quite dangerous. So this new weight will be what I will be basing future calories and exercises on, and I've changed my starting weight to this weight. WISH ME LUCK! Thanks for reading and have a great day!
