This month has been a wierd one for me! I started going to the gym eating the right foods doing my work outs like crazy only missed six work out days out of the whole month, but for some apparent reason I've gained 2.8 lbs, I also have the monthly thing going and been adding heavier weight training to my excercises. I don't know what happend. Hopefully November will be a better month for me. I'm a little disappointed but hey what the heck no one is perfect right? So I'm not going to beat myself up I'm just going to work harder, eat cleaner and add more water to my diet. Hopefully I lose at least 6-7lbs by Thanksgiving!
