I'm nervous, since I'm going to get a new scale. The one I have is a dial one, and it's super old... I think I need a digital one, but I'm very concerned that it will tell me that I weigh more than I think I do... Which would suck.

OMG, my doc's scale said that I am ten pounds more than my scale. So what I did was just added an extra ten pounds to lose, so that I could be where I want to be just in case the doc's scale is right. But no matter what we just have to stay on course and follow through on what we set out.
