Ate at night too much, including 1/2 c. peanuts/nuts/raisins. Lots of baileys irish cream. Two navel oranges. Leftover ravioli, not much but a portion.

Today I had 1 cup of coffee, 80-cal. bread and 15 cals of peach spread.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
