I have been MIA due to illness and vacay.
Back in the saddle today, feeling good and ready to kick some ass. This is the beginning of our clean(er) eating lifestyle. Which may be hard to do, but I am going to do it.
I am also considering a no spend month. I feel like January needs to be that month, so I will be prepping until then.

I hope everyone is doing well and making their goals :)
