getting my testing results for first round of Miller Method today! I am only going to weigh in on testing days - Since I am working to gain muscle and lose fat actual scale weight is a bit bogus and mental challenging on my journey - Excited and nervous to see the results - Then on to the next phase! Basically this testing will give us an idea of how my body is responding to my currently training and diet!
