Went to the gym yesterday, did 30 min of cardio plus weight machines...

Today went to gym after work, 30 min on the treadmill, did two weight machines for legs that I didn't do yesterday...

Then went to my 60 min. yoga class...

Food choices are better again, and I feel like I'm finally back in the work out mode to loosing the extra lbs...
