Weight seems to be not coming off as fast as it was at first. Not sure whether that's due to slowed metabolism, or the fact that I'm not doing as well on the diet plan as I was at first... I'm not slipping badly, but with yummy snacks around the house, it's hard not to nibble occasionally. Going to try to get back on track.
