well, it's been a good week, I've been doing well, despite the small loss, but a loss is a loss and I will continue to lose this year, I am too close to having a decent loss for the year. and having gold stars in front of me helps. :D I have every intention of maintaining a good loss this year and with less than 3 pounds to go by the end of the year, I think I'm doing slammin' thank you!
I have a party coming up and I feel like i'm going to do really well this year (so excited)
