Been on a diet for nearly a year, started last Febuary when I saw a picture of myself at the office Christmass party. Wasn't pretty.

Been at the same weight for about a 2 months, sometimes I think the scale is broken, or taunting me, always seems to change minute by minute.

Need to go to the gym more often. I always seem to have a problem of going to the gym means, lose sleep or lose a meal; which do I not mind more?

Had to go back on my diet supplamnet,(a pill from 24H Fit), was having trouble not eating.

I wish I had someone to do the gym with.

At work I have a reputaion of not getting up and mingleing, I'm not aloof, or snotty, or anthing else that sounds wrong because I stay at my desk. I am just absentminded, I almost never notice that it's break time, barely notice it's lunch, or time to go home. and the dumb little Outlook alarm doeasn't work, because it can't shut off my computer to get my butt moving.

It's almost 8 o'clock and I'm still at my office, won't make the gym tonight, so I'll just go home, have an instant breakfast and read a book for the remainign 2 hours befor I go to bed.
