I think I'm back on track even though the past two days I wasn't really dieting. My schedule was topsy turvy due to having to attend the wake and funeral for my aunt who passed suddenly this week. Meals were haphazard and not many healthy choices but I did the best I could. A lot of this loss was all the bloat and water weight from my fast food freak out. Still have 25 pounds to go to get back to where I was. Our pool should be ready for swimming soon. All the repairs are finished and it is being refilled which takes several days. Once that is done and the pH is properly balanced it's swim time :) I am determined to reach 150 pounds by the end of the year or maybe even sooner. Thanks for all the support and encouraging words I have received. Hope all are doing well in working towards goals.
