Strange thing about this one, is that when I weighed in at WW, I was actually up from last week
72.8 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

I was down 3 pounds yesterday and I'm up 3 pounds today. I know it's from the exercise yesterday because I was on plan. So many things affect the scale and our water weight.

I know, it is exciting to see the drop, but frustrating to see the gain on the next day. Then you know it is just water weight, even for guys I guess.
