I have been using Slim-Fast Advanced for breakfast a few times a week, when I am rushed. I know it has some additives, but so much better than buzzing through a drive-thru. The protein is good for all morning with no mid-morning cravings. This morning I thought I would try Premiere Protein shake, more protein and less expensive, but noticed different additives/sweetners. I did not feel well at all after drinking it. Has anyone else tried it? How did you feel?

I haven't tried Premiere, but Muscle Milk did the same thing to me..plus it tastes funky!

I tried slim slow for a while. It made me angry. Because I was always hungry. This is PRE LCHF of course. I actually Like muscle milk. WHEN I am lifting and not watching carbs. which I am doing neither of. I count carbs like an accountant counts pennies. And I don't eat ANYWHERE near enough calories to lift right now. When I reach goal 1 and hit 280 I will go back to 2 meals a day and start lifting again. NOT to gain muscle, but to maintain lean mass and strength. NOT for size.
