Its weigh-in day tomorrow. I had a few more carbs this weekend than planned, but the rest of the week has been pretty much on track. Clothes are feeling looser, but not quite loose enough to step down a size yet. I am optimistic the numbers on the scale will be reflective of my healthier eating.
