Well I've screwed it up again. Today was the latest trip to the endocrinologist. I knew I was letting myself go, but today the numbers came in. 250lbs, HbA1c = 7.
That is a gain of 60 lbs since I reached my goal in July last year. Everyone said I was too skinny (doctor included), so when I let myself get to 226 in March the doctor was fairly nonchalant she said just lose about 10 lbs. I let complacency and the excuse of work get in the way.
Time to truly redouble the effort. MY goal is to get back to 220 in the next six months.
