Traveling this past weekend and still did pretty good. I only weigh when I do my testing ever 6 weeks. I feel strong and see changes - Progress not perfection.

Good luck. You got this. Btw. It took long time to read bc of the yellow font. Either I'm getting old or the yellow just blends in to much. It's pretty but thought you might want to know some may be having hard time reading it. 😀
