Saturday was supposed to be my spike day but I played ultimate frisbee all day so I think I broke even. Whoops. I ate and drank quite a bit but it's hard not to be negative after a tournament.
The tournament was by far the best part of my weekend. Everyone was super fun that we played with. Also I want to get into shape again. Cardio shape. It hasn't worked out for me so far. And I guess it will be put on hold after foot surgery... but maybe I can finally make a push in that direction again. I'd love to run a couple of half marathons or 10Ks.
