Frustrated with what is always true with me. If I adhere to my diet absolutely, drink lots of water, and do lots of exercise::::: weight gain! Man I hate it. But that usually means that the next day or so I will loose 1-2 pounds. So I hope this is the case today also.
60.6 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
