Slept well,up at 8:40. Med's taken with water. Plan on going to Y later. Left to go to Y at 12:30. Did 1 hr. And 9000 steps and 200 calories. Went to Walmart and then home. Dope to Angie this am. Spoke to Eloise this pm.
