day 1 version 2 hundred millionty and 38 of attempting no sugar, no coffee.... so far going strong.... although its only 8am.....

i was HORRIFIED when i saw my reflection in the mirror when i got home!! did i get dressed in the dark??? i have packed on a few pounds and MANY a cm around my middle and ass, which was totally accentuated by how i was dressed yesterday!! OMG!!

You can do it!!! You don't have to stop coffee completely, just learn to drink it without milk or sugar. It took me 3 months to get used to it, and now I get naar when I think of coffee with milk & sugar. One day at a time!!!

Ja Tanya, first perhaps half your sugar intake... baby steps. That's how I got off sugar. I went down to a quarter teaspoon and then onto sweetner and then just no sugar. And now I also get naar like Leksie even when I smell sugar in coffee or tea! And remember: if it was easy, everybody would be skinny! It's hard, but worth it! Press on and hang in there!
