Slept well, up at 8:36. Med's taken with water. Plan on going to Y today. Did 1 1/2 hrs on nustepper and 9567 steps and 250 calories. Then went to aldi's. Got rained on. Angie came by with foo stuff from a lady she cleaned for. Will take what I don't use to spectrum or tops.
