New workout routine going well.... Except I'm sore all over for most of the week and I'm having to reign in my enthusiasm a bit.... Need to avoid injury! Finally back to tracking all my food.
99.2 kg Lost so far: 32.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
