I've gained 20 lbs in the past year. Zoloft? Sedetary lifestyle? Constant eating without concern of the outcome. It shows:(

I am starting today.....I have gained 30 lbs over the last year. The same as you, constant eating, feeling bad afterwards, feel ill in the morning and uncomfortable. Sedetary lifestyle .... yes, me too. I also think I may be pre-menopausal. Urghh! I really need to buckle down with food, and start moving more!

Mornings are the worst! Once that sick feeling starts to wane it's like it's totally erased from my mind and I do the same thing all over again. Part habit, part addiction equals complete loss of control. OK, not complete loss of control. Part of me has to want to get to my goal, a little more than just wanting to ignore the numbers, to make a difference. Thanks for the comment and good luck!
