First week on a VLCD, and 12 pounds off. Amazing to see the scales really moving after losing just a couple of pounds a week all year. Clothes fit again, Feel lighter on my feet. Put 3 and a half stone on a dumbbell to see how much it would weigh and was shocked at how heavy it was, as I hadn't been feeling that different since April. It's a brave new positive world!
