went to chicken bonz sat. and had all you can eat chicken wings ... i gained 5 pounds sunday but already worked off 4 by monday so im at 201 for the new week ... not bad usually gain about 10+ lbs over the weekend
91.2 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
