Did barre Thursday at 6 p.m. for 50 minutes with Michele and Kelly, young girl. I've eaten almost 400 cals so far today (lunch) and would like to eat VERY lightly tonight (salad with no-fat dressing) and some mandarins. I pooped and weighed more like 136.2 by 11 a.m.
