Saturday afternoon, Judy and I ate at Charlie's restaurant in Orcutt. Had a HUGE grilled cheese sandwich...had lots of water yesterday, and a shot of vodka with 70-cal. lemon mixer juice...must be the salt...and cheese FAT? Argh. Was SO happy yesterday when I weighed in at 135.6. One whole pound higher.
