i'm really doing better w/ my attitude since i changed to weighing myself less often. cause daily there are too many variables, and when you see the numbers go up a little you become discouraged. i still have the days i don't eat as well as i should, but overall i think that i am doing well.
i have to say that cookbooks for weight loss truly suck. i would be at an appropriate weight if i liked the foods they want you to eat. but i will get it figured out
