Last week was in-service for teachers and support staff for school. Along with that was the extra food for us. I figured I would gain weight. Tuesday students were at school so I did not have the extra food and did have the extra steps. I have been feeling extra tired and sore from the extra activity but feel good in my jeans. I'm sure I'll lose weight with the routine schedule again.
