I didn't lose any lbs.today but after losing 12 last week im not surprised. I'll keep going and do more physical stuff to get that burn going more. Must keep the fire bright to burn the fat off. Hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving and be thankful for the family you have to share it with. Once again only 1 person in m family will I celebrate but I am thankful for all. Hugs!!! Brat
