Much better day yesterday. I even exercised 3 times instead of the two I had planned. At lunch, my friend Kate asked me to walk around campus. It's good having friends who take care of you.
Hot Yoga was great last night. The instructor told me that I'm getting so much better in my practice. That's such a good feeling. :-)
OK, so now for the daily accountability checklist: 1) reduce sodium to RDI levels -- better, but still over. Didn't add salt to anything. 2) track everything - even on weekends -- YES! 3) 1/2 of all meals must be veggies -- YES! 4) drink 1 gallon of water every day - YES! Drank abt. 140 oz. 5) journal every day for accountability (use this list as a checklist) -- YES!
Total score: 4/5!!! That's passing.
