Been having a rough time lately :/ binging almost everyday :(
155.4 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 64.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh no! Record all your food! Try to figure out what triggers your eating and come up with a defense. Have healthy snack handy and get rid of the "bad" foods in your house.

Right there with ya. The worse I eat, the worse I feel, the worse I eat. Hard to stop the craziness. We know what we need to do, LET'S DO IT!
